After 3 days of browsing the internet watching Michael Jackson's news, videos, etc., the computer was infected with a few hundred viruses - worms and trojans!!!!! Shitty wicked hackers....choosing such a time to unleash evil when the world is mourning.
Thanks to Michelle Sophia Victor for rebooting the computer.

MJ's death house
MJ died in this rented house in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, where he was preparing for his "last curtain call" concert (in London on July 13). He was found dead about 2 hours before the rehearsal. Rental US$100,000/- a month.
(The new occupants of this house will have a lot of fun - especially if it is haunted. Imagine MJ's ghost and his new ghost friends start dancing "Thriller" woohoo.... the real Thriller is about to begin in this house..........)
Urban legend:- People believe Christmas decorations should be taken down after the twelfth day of christmas or else bad luck would befall the occupants. Is it true? Michelle's English/Irish dad told me once when I didnt take down the christmas tree and decorations one year. I told him I am not superstitious. Los Angeles neighbours of MJ wanted his gate wreaths down.

MJ & kids' videos
MJ has a skin disorder - vitiligo. He also suffers from lupus. Makes him sensitive to sunlight. Is it true or fabricated? He is definitely addicted to plastic surgery, drastically altered his face.
Links to watch his kids. (they are white, no negro looks, he might not be the biological father, might have used donor sperm).

Michael Jackson is dead! Last photo - naked on autopsy table.
Michael Jackson : 29 August 1958 - 25 June 2009 (Died 2.26pm at Los Angeles, cardiac arrest.)
Famous people never grow old - 'cos they die before their time. So true and MJ has joined the likes of Elvis, Freddie Mercury, Princess Diana, Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly and Bruce Lee just to mention the few whom I like.
My favourite singer died today....sob....sob. Really loved his songs, his music, his moonwalk and dancing. Grew up with his music. Though the press called him Weirdo, Wacko Jacko etc. he is indeed King of Pop.
(Edited on 10 Feb 2010 : Read his autopsy report here, he had numerous scars, suffers from vitiligo, sparse balding hair - click )
11 years old here....see how he changed his looks.Dead MJ - autopsy photo.

Pet terrapins
My pet turtles are 10 years old. In mid-1999 we bought them and since Sepang F1 officially launched, we named them after the F1 drivers - Mika Hakkinen (who keeps tortoises too) and Michael Schumacher. Jade Schumacher the turtle laid eggs in Jan 08 but as we kept them in water, the eggs must have been crushed since we only saw broken shells when we cleaned the aquarium. Upon inspection I noticed Jade to be the likely turtle that laid the eggs. I presume Emerald Hakkinen to be male then.
(Mika Hakkinen's pet tortoise perished in a fire at Mika's newly completed mansion in France in May 08 along with all of Mika's racing trophies.)
Turtle's shit...which turtle ate.....see the video.

Update: 19 August 2012
My turtles have grown a lot and the plastic aquarium is too small.
Emerald on the left and Jade on the right.
I turned my turtles upside down to photograph their underside "stomach" shell. Turtle on top is Emerald's "stomach" shell. The shell is yellow with a lot of black markings.
Jade is the turtle at the bottom. Its "stomach" shell has a more defined black pattern. The turtles dont like being turned upside down, they immediately push themselves upright again with their strong feet.
Decided to try out this new hobby.
New aquarium and guppies. Bought 4 fish (2 male and 2 female).
The 2 fish with yellow tails are female. Big stomach!
Black tail and red tail are male fish.
The very next day, the 2 female fish died!
Ten days later the black tail male fish died after I tried scooping the waste product from the bottom of the tank and stirred up a lot of "cloudy" water. Also the live aquatic plant seems to be rotting, not growing healthy, so I removed it and replace with plastic plant. Need to learn how to clean the tank properly. Fed the dead fish to the turtles. Each turtle ate one fish each. Yummy!
My moss ball which is algae! (country of origin is Germany, the shop dont have the Japan moss ball)

Inspiration
Received an e-mail from X with lots of cute children pictures and these texts. Wondering what on earth is happening to him, don't he have enough business to attend to but to forward emails to us. Guess in his old age he has mellowed and turned more philosophical. So here's the message and hopes it uplifts some people. Truly we do need to be more philosophical to face our failures...........
Maybe. . we were supposed to meet the wrong people before meeting the right one so that, when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
Maybe . . . it is true that we don't know what we have until we lose it, but it is also true that we don't know what we have been missing until it arrives.
Maybe . . . the brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; after all, you can't go on successfully in life until you let go of your past mistakes, failures and heartaches.
Maybe . . you should hope for enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, and enough hope to make you happy.
Maybe . . . the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.
Maybe .. . . the best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
Maybe . . . happiness waits for all those who cry, all those who hurt, all those who have searched, and all those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of all the people who have touched their lives.
May be . . you should do something nice for someone every single day, even if it is simply to leave them alone.
Maybe . . . there are moments in life when you miss someone -- a parent, a spouse, a friend, a child -- so much that you just want to pick them fromyour dreams and hug them for real, so that once they are around you appreciate them more.
Maybe … giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they will love you back. Don't expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart; but, if it doesn't, be content that it grew in yours.
Maybe .. . . you should dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you dream of, and want to do.
"Life is only travelled ONCE;
Today’s MOMENT becomes Tomorrow’s MEMORY. Enjoy every moment, good or bad, because the GIFT of LIFE is LIFE itself…."

Tree frogs
I am very scared of thunderstorms, howling winds, typhoon and heights.
"Its raining cats & dogs" - this means its raining very heavily as the saying goes, you wouldn't see cats and dogs falling. One night it rained a "frog" and it landed on my jasmine plant next to my front door. There was lightning, thunder, the trees were rustling in the howling wind. The sound reminded me of my first encounter with a typhoon.
The small tree frog. Not wanting the frog entering the house and scaring me, I caught it and dumped it into the drain!

Reminiscence: my first typhoon encounter.
The first time ever I set foot on Shanghai in 1988 - there was a typhoon blowing throughout the day. I could hear the howling winds and see trees rustling in the strong wind. The trees look like it could be uprooted anytime. No rain, no lightning but very scary, and its only the 'tail end' of the typhoon. It was such a dreadful omen, not a good welcoming.
Two days earlier while on the flight from KL to Hongkong, our plane lost altitude in the turbulence, bad weather. I could hear the passengers seated at the back screaming. I was scared stiff, and my whole body went limp. My arms and legs was "soft" and I could not hold on to my baby. Had to pass her over to the father while I recover from the shock fearing the plane would crash.
Such dreadful omen was not encouraging to starting life in a new place, but it prepares your mind to face it.
Deja vu: some of my holidays are marred by the unpleasant sight of dead bodies. In July 2007, on arrival at Shanghai (after 17 years) and leaving the Pudong Airport, saw a bus accident, 2 dead man lying by the roadside with the face bloodied. Yucks! Why must Shanghai be so cruel to me!
In September 1989, in Sabah - Shangri La's Tanjong Aru Beach Resort, Kota Kinabalu. After checking out while waiting for taxi, saw 2 dead women (drowned), 1 young boy barely alive; in the compound of the Hotel. Medics were trying to save them, they managed to get a faint heartbeat in the boy but did not know if he survived. The two women, his mother and grandmother died while trying to save him in the sea.

Manohara Pinot news
Hot news currently in Malaysia and why I dont like some malay royalty.
Beautiful mix...Indon mom/American dad.
Beautiful mix...Indon mom/American dad.
Manohara Odelia Pinot, 17 year old ex-model from Indonesia, wife of third-prince of Kelantan, escape from husband while in a Singapore hotel with help from Singapore Police, US FBI and Indonesian Embassy. Why on earth a teenager marries a balding prince, want to be a fairytale Princess but ended up a prisoner? A 31 year old man marrying a young teen is obviously perverted or is there more to it.
She was 14 years old, a very popular teenage model, when she met the prince at a dinner gala in Jakarta hosted by the then Deputy PM, Najib Abdul Razak. The prince walked up to her mother and asked permission to be her friend. 29 year old want a 14 year old....Also Najib....(sigh).....models, mongolian and etc....
The prince rang her to meet up when he was in Jakarta. She went to Bali twice with him and a group of friends. She lost her virginity to him at 15 years (underage - considered rape). Why go Bali with him. They have evil intentions. This is where the plot thickens and he promised to marry her when she turns 16-1/2 years. Girls are the most stupid at age 15. Rebellious and think they are grown up. Easily get cheated to have sex.
A nikah was arranged when they visited Kelantan. They were taken aback, they didnt expect it. It seems she rejected the proposal. The royals said it would be an embarassment if she didnt marry him. So she married at 16 years old. He immediately wanted her to live with him, but she did not as I think there was no bersanding ceremony. Whats wrong with the girl's mother? Marrying her daughter off at such a young age. Probably she had no choice now as they had been entrapped and manipulated into this predicament. The mother was always chaperoning her, cannot blame her, she is still a teen. So while in Mecca on an umrah trip, she was so called 'kidnapped' to Kelantan. After boarding the royal plane, Manohara's mother and sister was left standing on the tarmac. Imagine that. That sinister prince must be a sicko. Definitely not a gentleman. Evil son-in-law v.s. shrewd mother-in-law. The girl and her mother had no contact for 3 months. Now this girl better watch out, she and her family might be killed for exposing the shame on the Kelantan royal - rape, kidnap, torture, abuse. I wonder how much money did the prince spent courting her.

Complicated background. The girl's stepfather Pinot, (who adopted her) is French. She grew up in Hongkong, Austria, Switzerland, England, France. Her biological father is American, an alcoholic and use to beat them up. Her French father is in jail in France for financial fraud. It seems her mother has a criminal case in France - a 18month jail sentence. They returned to stay in Jakarta. Thats why she is so smart, kept pressing the emergency bell in the elevator to attract attention when the Kelantan bodyguards stopped her from leaving. Hotel security saw the fracas on CCTV. Went up to check. She secretly rang the Singapore Police, Indonesian Embassy for help. Then she thought since she is half American, she rang US embassy. Quick thinking.
It seems Manohara's mother has a lot of debts. Some says she is a con-woman. The prince was to pay her RM600,000/- on marrying the girl but he only paid RM300,000. So this was like a sales transaction, which explains the torture to the poor girl, a slave.
We only see such drama in movies, here we have one on our doorstep.....
Bubul Birds hatchlings
Birdnest no. 2 (June 07) - The unfortunate twin hatchlings.
These 2 birdchicks did not live long. A few days later they disappeared from the nest, I am sure they were eaten alive. I saw a little sparrow visiting the nest looking at them one day. The next day it was empty but I suspect another bird, the oriental magpie ate them. Why - because this magpie appears behind my house everyday since then. I also saw this magpie eating a lizard it caught. The mother bird made a mistake by choosing the wrong tree and building its nest too low (about 2 feet from the ground). I dismantled the 1st nest on my tree not knowing it will come back to lay eggs again. So the bird came back to my palm tree (in front of house) but the old nest was gone and hurriedly went to the "mickey mouse" tree at the back of house and nested. Tragic.
The suspected culprit seen here eating a house lizard at my backyard. This black bird can really sing.
Shakes head...no no.. death day coming

Tiananmen massacre
Tiananmen Massacre, Beijing, 4.6.89 (20th anniversary)
After 20 years,I finally got over this incident and the first step is to face the facts, see and read what really happened. I am thankful I got out of Shanghai a week before the tanks rolled into Tiananmen Square. We were holed up in Shanghai with no news on the situation as the Communists had blocked out all news. Soldiers were everywhere on the streets in Shanghai and the worst was a Communist leader was placed under 'house arrest' in our hotel complex. Military was guarding the 'guest house' and their rifles with bayonets attached was intimidating. It was scary for me to take MM out to play. After reaching KL and seeing the terrible massacre on TV, foreigners fighting for plane tickets to leave China, I was thankful that the Americans (they have their Intelligence/spies) had tipped us off on the impending military assault on Tiananmen! This gave me the only opportunity to fly First Class (Shanghai to HK). Reason: Urgent evacuation, political turmoil. It was a flight I will never forget. When will I ever get to fly first class, fully sponsored again? So comfortable spacious seats.

When will I ever get to fly first class, fully sponsored again? So comfortable spacious seats.
This Tiananmen Massacre incident was responsible for changing the course of my life. Thats why it was blocked out of my mind, but with God's healing, I was delivered. Today I shed tears for all the lives that were lost, families who lost their loved ones and the soldiers who died too. It was said about 10,000 died and 20,000 wounded. Dead bodies were burnt by the Communist Government to prevent the world from knowing the actual number of dead protestors (who were mostly young students and workers). Where in the past I blamed and cursed all the protestors, today I sympathise them. They only wanted DEMOCRACY. We were at the wrong place wrong time, and things happened for a reason. Fate.
A few days later, I received a telephone call from London that my mother-in-law passed away. She was blind and bedridden, hearing the news that China was in turmoil, army tanks, gunfire, curfew, chaos, massacre, foreigners scrambling to get out must have caused her much worry and anxiety. Also the fact that her son had not much telephone contact with her didnt helped either. So MM lost her grandmother this way which reminded me that I lost my grandmother because of the May 13, 1969 riots in Kuala Lumpur. A masked soldier fired a rifle at me and my grandma, which luckily missed but my grandma died a few days later. That cruel faceless soldier - I will never forget. He will be punished by God, definitely!
