No matter what, Caster Semenya is God's creation, a child of God. She should be accepted the way she is. She won the women's athletics. Let it be. Its not her fault that she was born this way.

Now South African teenager (18 years old) champion underwent tests and found to have internal testes but no external male organ; and no ovaries and no uterus. Testosterone levels 3 times more than normal woman. This gives her both male and female characteristics.

The 1932 Summer Olympics Women Athletics Champion:- 21 year-old Stanislawa Walasiewicz (name changed later to Stella Walsh) was another woman with ambiguous genitalia. She set over 100 national and world records in athletics. Only in 1980 when she was killed at age 69 during an armed robbery, the autopsy revealed she possessed male genitalia and displayed some female characteristics. She had both an XX and XY pair of chromosomes. Her birth certificate listed her as female. She did get married at 36 years old to a boxer but the marriage didnt last long.
